Airflow and Zone Control Air System

American ALDES’ airflow and zone control products are designed to introduce flexibility and dynamic control to any central ventilation system. Millions of constant airflow regulators (CARs) have been installed to eliminate ventilation issues such as stack effect and poor airflow balance to ensure precise regulation of building ventilation systems. Precise regulation of building ventilation systems saves energy by reducing the load placed on heating and cooling systems. The patented ZRT zone controls save additional energy by boosting exhaust ventilation rates only in occupied spaces, eliminating wasteful ventilation in areas that do not require it.

CERB-WS-II

Airflow and Zone Controls CERB-WS-II

American ALDES CERB-WS-II - CAR-II w/Wall Mount Register Box and Side Take-Off Collar. The RB-II Series Register Boxes for exhaust (CERB) and supply (CSRB) air applications are designed for installation in ceiling and/or wall assemblies. Each RB houses an integral automatic self-regulating constant airflow regulator (CAR-II). Both wall mount (RB-WS-II and RB-WB-II) and ceiling mount (RB-CS-II and RB-CB-II) register boxes include mounting brackets, integral drywall flange and nine-hole screw catch pattern for simple grille mounting.

In addition, the RB-CFS-II and RB-CFB-II include an integral ceiling radiant fire damper. Optional flush mount grilles are also available.
