Airflow and Zone Control Air System

American ALDES’ airflow and zone control products are designed to introduce flexibility and dynamic control to any central ventilation system. Millions of constant airflow regulators (CARs) have been installed to eliminate ventilation issues such as stack effect and poor airflow balance to ensure precise regulation of building ventilation systems. Precise regulation of building ventilation systems saves energy by reducing the load placed on heating and cooling systems. The patented ZRT zone controls save additional energy by boosting exhaust ventilation rates only in occupied spaces, eliminating wasteful ventilation in areas that do not require it.

features

• Normally closed dampers are standard. Specify normally open dampers as an option.
• 24 or 120 Volt models available
• 120 Volt models supplied with end switch rated for a 10 amp load. The end switch permits sequencing the operation of a remote fan after damper is opened, enabling use of remote fans to ventilate selectively individual bathrooms, laundry, kitchen, etc.
• Possible controls for use with zoned ventilation systems: Manual spring wound time delay, electronic time delay, cycle timer, programmable timers, occupancy, and humidity sensing switches.
