Engineers are utilizing Constant AirFlow Regulators to resolve some of the challenges in multi- family buildings such as: stack effect, exhaust/fresh air balancing, cross contamination and energy waste. They are also using ZRT’s to provide zone controlled ventilation that can provide continuous low volume IAQ exhaust and high volume demand exhaust with a single efficient low cost unit.
