Ideal for hot, humid climates. . .ALDES' ERV 200S is designed for climates with long cooling seasons and moderately cold winters, where the temperature remains above 0 degrees F. The plate type enthalpic core transfers both sensible and latent heat. The major advantage of the ERV 200S system is that it can be used all year.
In the cooling season, moisture from outdoors is transferred into the exhaust air stream. This reduces the load on the air conditioner, enabling it to control the humidity more effectively, while lowering operating costs.
In the heating season, the ERV 200S tempers the incoming cooler supply air, while recapturing needed moisture in the exhaust air stream delivering it back into the home.
When sensible heat recovery is not enough, you can rely on the ERV 200S for total comfort and control.
